Obelisk Entertainment Inc. consists of a group of visionary entrepreneurs that are dedicated to bringing quality entertainment to the nations of the Earth. The Obelisk family is a firm believer in upholding true principles through our golden R.U.L.E.
The vision to form Obelisk Entertainment Inc. came from the streets of Kingston, Jamaica where we used to gather to talk about life and music. This led to our decision to enter into the field of promotions in the form of boat parties at Kingston Harbor. We organized beach parties and evening cruises with major promoters (FAME FM) to put on original events such as the FAME Beach Party 4 and the Seaesta party series. We eventually branched out into the field of producing and performing music under the guidance of Homer Harris, Andy Livingston and Herbie Harris. Deciding that we needed more experience and capital to manifest our vision of spreading positivity through our music and entertainment lifestyle, we migrated to the USA where we enrolled in degree programs of higher education. In February of 2000 we officially registered! Obelisk Entertainment Inc. which has its own distribution, marketing and financial departments with staff that are skilled enough to handle the tasks necessary to make the organization function productively.
We at Obelisk Entertainment Inc. believe that we have built a firm foundation that is limitless,because there are no limitations to what one can achieve once their minds and hearts are set to attaining a goal. This philosophy also applies to the music we produce because there is no limit to what defines good music, no matter the genre. That is why we spread our wings from Roots Rock Reggae to Hard Rock. Obelisk is much greater than a business as it creates an atmosphere of family! where everyone is treated with the utmost respect and where unity is encouraged. At Obelisk, even the janitor is treated with the same respect as the president.
